Determination of bacteria in water Testing principle
The principle of extinction dilution method was used in the determination of bacteria in water by test bottle method. The water sample to be determined will be injected into the test bottle step by step with sterile syringe for dilution, and each test bottle will dilute the number of bacteria in the water sample by 10 times. Until there is no bacterial growth in the last test bottle, then calculate the bacterial content in the water sample according to the dilution multiple.
The liquid in tgb-hx test bottle changes from red to yellow, or the original liquid changes from clear and transparent to turbid and opaque, indicating the growth of saprophytic bacteria.

水中細菌的測定原理
釆用絕跡稀釋法原理,用試瓶法測定水中細菌。待測水樣用注射器逐級注入試瓶稀釋,每一試瓶稀釋10倍。直到后一個測試瓶中沒有細菌生長,然后根據稀釋倍數計算水樣中的細菌含量。
TGB-HX腐生菌測試瓶中的液體由紅色變為黃色,或原液體由清澈透明變為渾濁不透明,均表示有腐生菌生長。
