Estrone (E1) 是一種天然的雌激素。Estrone 是內源性雌激素的主要代表，由多種組織產生，尤其是脂肪組織。Estrone 是脂肪細胞中雄烯二酮芳構化過程的結果。

熔點：258-260℃

沸點：445.2℃ at 760 mmHg

比旋光度：158 o (c=1, dioxane)

外觀：白色結晶性粉末

溶解性：DMSO  :  25  mg/mL  (92.47  mM;  ultrasonic  and  warming  and  heat  to  60℃)
H2O  :  0.1  mg/mL  (0.37  mM;  Need  ultrasonic)
