一套安裝在生產(chǎn)設(shè)施和潔凈室微環(huán)境中的空氣凈化系統(tǒng)，用于供應(yīng)潔凈空氣、維持壓差、控制氣流，并去除99.9999%以上的0.1μm粒徑顆粒。

• 集成照明/離子發(fā)生器，智能控制系統(tǒng)（壓力、顆粒、氣流等），支持有線/無線控制

• 采用高效風(fēng)扇和電機(jī)，一定限度降低能耗

• 適中高度，一定限度地減少安裝空間限制
